SFDR disclosures

Disclosures required by Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (SFDR).

Transparency of sustainability risk policies (Art. 3 SFDR)

The manager integrates sustainability risks into its investment decision-making process as one element of investment analysis — to the extent that those risks may have a material impact on the value of an investment. The analysis covers in particular the regulatory, environmental and social risks specific to the sectors in which the fund invests.

Statement on no consideration of principal adverse impacts (Art. 4 SFDR)

The manager does not consider the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors (PAI). The decision follows from the scale of its business: reliable reporting of PAI indicators would require resources disproportionate to the size of the assets under management. This approach is reviewed annually.

Transparency of remuneration policies (Art. 5 SFDR)

The manager's remuneration policy does not encourage excessive risk-taking, including with respect to sustainability risks, and is consistent with the long-term interests of the fund's investors.

Legal notice

The materials published on this website are for information and promotional purposes only. They do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, a public offering within the meaning of the public offering regulations, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to acquire any financial instruments. Participation rights in an alternative investment company managed by an entity entered in the register of ASI managers may be offered exclusively to professional clients within the meaning of the Act on Investment Funds and the Management of Alternative Investment Funds. Investing involves risk, including the possibility of losing all of the capital invested. Investment decisions should be made after reviewing the fund's documents and — where necessary — after consulting an independent adviser.
